Whenever possible we try to despatch orders within 48 hours but delivery of all stock items should be within 4-6 working days. All name tape orders are despatched within 24 working hours and often you receive them next day. Order received over Bank holiday periods will be processed on the next working day (Mon-Fri) If you have not received your goods within this time please call us on 08456 444 729
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS OVER THE VALUE OF £30 ARE USUALLY SENT BY COURIER. A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED AT DELIVERY SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE WILL BE SOMEONE AVAILABLE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS YOU GIVE US OR ALTERNATIVELY INDICATE A NEIGHBOURS ADDRESS TO TRY. IF YOU ASK US TO LEAVE THE GOODS SOMEWHERE WITHOUT A SIGNATURE IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WE DO NOT ADVISE THIS OPTION.
Returns ProcedureTo authorise a return of goods you should telephone 08456 444 729 or write to the address below, clearly marking the envelope "RETURNS" within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You will be given a return number that must be used when returning your goods. Postage/delivery charges are not refundable on returned goods.
