Prices
The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website and includes Value Added Tax for UK residents. Taxes for overseas deliveries are your responsibility
In the instance that our prices are displayed incorrectly, we will notify you of the error prior to despatch of the goods and give you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish
Delivery
We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy any time
If goods are shipped using a carrier requiring a signature for delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available for that purpose. Additional charges may be levied for repeated delivery attempts and we reserve the right to pass on the charges to you.
Returns / Cancellation of orders under UK law (UK customers only)
To cancel you should telephone 08456 444 729 or write to the address below, clearly marking the envelope "RETURNS" within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You will be given a return number that must be used when returning your goods. Postage/delivery charges are not refundable on returned goods.
